Tasha considers it her privilege to design homes that accurately reflect her clients' personalities, desires, and aesthetics.  She achieves this by thoughtfully considering how her clients will live in their new spaces.  Her goal is to create a relationship with the client that fosters trust and candor - one that allows her to advocate for her clients throughout the design and construction process.  More than simply a decorator or designer, Tasha acts in the capacity of a true consultant. She has a unique perspective with regard to home design in that she also works simultaneously with her contractor husband on the operations their custom home building firm. As such, her clients view her as an invaluable asset and liaison on their projects.  Having built and designed a wide range of homes, including four ground-up personal residences,  Tasha has been afforded the opportunity to utilize (and actually live with) a wealth of building materials.  Thus, she is able to impart both practical and beautiful designs for her clients.

Tasha B. Davis Interiors is known for creating spaces that transcend the decades.  TBDI's design philosophy is that a space can be at once traditional and current.  Keeping abreast of trends, materials, technology and surfaces allows Tasha to be one step ahead when selecting finishes and fixtures for her clients.  

I N S P I R I N G

Working with TBDI empowers the client to make inspired decisions as they relate to the design of their homes.  The client should feel exhilarated by the choices presented.  Whether that is using a fabulous new countertop material, trying a unique tile installation or simply going for the funky new abstract art, the objective of TBDI is to always make it fun .   After all, embarking on any scale project (small renovation to total custom build) can be both incredibly exciting and somewhat daunting. The goal is for clients to feel like TBDI has helped them create a home that accurately reflects their personalities and desires all while enjoying the process.

MORE ABOUT TASHA

Originally from Alberta, Canada, Tasha has made Alabama home since the mid-1990s.  She also works with her husband, Brandon, as co-owners and co-founders of the custom home building firm, Davis Construction Services.  Together, they have two young children.  When she has free time, Tasha enjoys traveling, visiting with family, "Instagramming" and reading (with a sweet spot for historical fiction).  She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Alabama with degrees in International Business and French. Tasha is an active member of Brookwood Baptist Church and serves her community through involvement on various local committees and organizaitons.  The doors to her home are always open to friends and neighbors.
